1. Scope and no online checkout

https://www.ezzipaints.com is not an e-commerce storefront. There is no cart, no online payment gateway and no automatic order confirmation on the website.

A contract of sale is formed only when we expressly confirm your order offline (in-store, by phone or WhatsApp) and you accept the confirmed products, quantities, price and fulfilment method.

Enquiries submitted through the website are requests for information, not orders.

2. Order channels

We accept product sales through:

  • In-store purchase at our Akola premises
  • WhatsApp or telephone orders followed by offline confirmation, payment and pickup or delivery arrangement

3. Pricing and taxes

Prices quoted verbally, on WhatsApp or as website indications are subject to confirmation. Final price is the amount stated on the invoice or written confirmation at the time of sale.

Applicable taxes are charged as per law and shown on the invoice where required. You are responsible for providing correct billing details.

4. Payment

Payment is collected offline by methods we accept at the time of sale (for example cash, UPI, bank transfer or other modes we enable in store or by instruction). We do not collect card or UPI payments through this website.

Orders may be held until payment is received or cleared, as agreed when the order is confirmed. Title to goods typically passes on full payment and delivery or handover, subject to invoice terms.

5. Pickup and delivery

Fulfilment may be store pickup or offline delivery within areas we agree to serve, subject to vehicle availability, quantity, access and weather.

Delivery timelines quoted are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in goods passes on handover to you or your authorised receiver, unless mandatory law or a written term states otherwise.

Provide accurate delivery address, contact number and receiving instructions. Failed delivery due to incorrect details or unavailability of the receiver may incur re-attempt charges or require pickup.

6. Inspection on receipt

Inspect goods for quantity, visible damage, correct shade or product code and packaging integrity at the time of pickup or delivery.

Report shortages or visible transit damage immediately, preferably before acknowledging receipt, and in any event within 24 hours with photographs and invoice details.

7. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Paints, tinted colours, custom-mixed shades and opened containers are generally not returnable, because shade and batch integrity cannot be restored once processed or opened.

Unopened, saleable stock in original sealed packaging may be considered for exchange or return at our discretion within a short period we specify at sale, subject to condition, invoice proof and restocking rules.

Defective manufacturing issues are handled under applicable manufacturer warranty processes and mandatory consumer law. Keep batch numbers and invoices.

Confirmed offline orders may be cancelled only if we agree before tinting, cutting, dispatch or special procurement. Deposits for special orders may be non-refundable to the extent of costs already incurred.

8. Colour and shade variance

Digital and printed colours are approximate. Always approve a physical sample, fan deck or on-site trial where shade accuracy matters.

Batch-to-batch variation can occur. We recommend purchasing sufficient quantity in one lot for a continuous surface. We are not liable for shade difference arising from separate batches, different product lines, lighting conditions or application variables, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Consumer protection

Nothing in this Policy limits non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory Indian consumer laws.

Where you purchase as a consumer, remedies for defective goods or deficiency in service remain available as provided by law, subject to facts, manufacturer terms and your duties of proper use and storage.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, epidemics, governmental action or supply chain failure from manufacturers.

11. Complaints and jurisdiction

Raise sales or delivery complaints under our Grievance Redressal policy at info@ezzipaints.com or +91 9096769717.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer forum rules, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies with the courts at Akola, Maharashtra, India.

Effective from 01 April 2026. Store: Tajnapeth, Netaji Subhash Road, near Tajnapeth Police Station, Akola, Maharashtra.
