In case of conflict on product sale matters, the offline sale terms and Sales and Delivery policy prevail for that sale.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights, you agree that the courts at Akola, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website.
